A Sunday meeting held 24th January 2023 saw Lim’s Synergy (Smart Missile/Breezing Home) head off to Wyong. There he would contest Race 4, which was decimated by scratchings with only 5 runners left to compete in the Bidfood Maiden Plate over 1100m.

Lim’s Synergy jumped fairly, taking up a position near the rear. Apprentice Tyler Schiller, keeping his powder dry until the turn, ventured wide to take on the leaders. Accelerating in the straight he headed for home. With a dominant display of speed, he simply out-classed his rivals to come away with the spoils, winning by nearly 4 lengths and validating his short priced favouritism.
