The Gerry Harvey owned 3yo filly Rosa Moyessi (I Am Invincible/Lady Lynette) today, Wednesday 7th July 2021 provided a nail-biting finish in the Heineken Handicap over 1300m on the Kensington track at Randwick.

‘Rosa’ jumped from barrier 1 for Apprentice Jockey Tyler Schiller who allowed Sulburose (I Am Invincible/Rose Pattern) to cross and take up the lead. Following in second place, it wasn’t until in the straight at the 100m, that she contested the front-runner. Digging deep she got past the leader, but was unaware of the fast-finishing favourite Promise Of Success (Dansili-GB/Summer School-Ire) storming down the outside. As it turned out, she managed to hang on for the hard-fought win.

Congratulations to the owner and all of her connections.
