It was fantastic to win with Write On (Written Tycoon/Off the Planet) for a terrific bunch of very patient owners. It was on the big track at Newcastle today 18th February 2021, that Write On scored in the Hungerford Hill 3YO Maiden Handicap over 1200m.

Wearing the Towell Family colours of GT Park fame (pale green with purple diamonds and cap), the very inform Jockey Josh Parr rode him to perfection. He bounced out of the inside gate quickly, but Josh was more than happy to allow Sabor (Lonhro/Sensibility) and Magic Ruler (Snitzel/Another Superior) to take up the lead, allowing him to be placed third on the fence. At the 200m mark he came wide to challenge Magic Ruler, running clear with ears pricked to win by over 2.5 lengths.

The win was a great thrill for us and very satisfying that we were able to repay the faith and support shown to us by the owners.
